Batman 3

I just found out that in the third Batman movie, they cast Brandon Routh as Robin. They sent him in for a costume test. Man, this is going to be AWESOME!

THE INCREDIBLE HULK

Here is an article from Joblo.com:

I honestly thought that this was a belated April Fool's joke when it arrived in my inbox, but holy shit, Batman...Edward Norton will be starring as the Hulk in the next HULK movie directed by Louis Leterrier, the stylish director of the TRANSPORTER flicks, as well as the underrated UNLEASHED (aka DANNY THE DOG). The film, titled THE INCREDIBLE HULK, will start shooting this summer in Toronto, Canada (we're Canadian, Universal...help us, help you!) with a release date for June 13, 2008. My favorite Marvel character has always been the HULK, and I guess I'm one of the few people in the world who actually enjoyed Ang Lee's version as well (although I usually stop the DVD right before the final 10 minutes, when Nolte kinda ruins it).
The sequel, which is said to be "less serious and more in line with the comic series and TV show" (Hulk smash!!) seems an odd choice for Norton, but I for one, am all for it! He's one of the best actors of his generation and I hope that his addition to the film helps catapult it to an even greater level. I think we all remember how awesome Norton was as a badass in AMERICAN HISTORY X, right? C'mon Leterrier, make the HULK smash someone's face into a sidewalk with his foot, man...an homage. Sorry folks, just getting a little excited here.

Tony's thoughts.
Ed Norton is a great actor so I am excited. However, I still think that David Duchovny is the best choice...but as we can see, that is not going to happen so I am glad that they got somebody like Ed Norton...who is a great actor. I don't know though, to me, he just doesn't look like a Bruce Banner...but I bet he will be better than Eric Bana...and I am not saying that Eric Bana was bad because I like HULK, I own the DVD...there are a few points where the film falters but overall, I found it overly enjoyable. So I say, BRING IT ON!!!! NORTON SMASH ERIC BANA!
I know I am going to get crap for saying that he doesn't look like Bruce Banner...actually, once I found this picture of him on the Internet I thought, "Actually, you know what? I do buy it." I would want him to look like this picture as Bruce...I don't want him to look like a tough guy like he was in American History X...however, I trust Edward Norton, I would say he is in the top ten actors of his generation...So...I take back what I said. I think Edward Norton is the perfect choice and I think this new Hulk movie is going to be unbelievable! WOO HOO!!!!

I must be a moron...

I just saw Grindhouse and...I LOVED IT!!! I thought the movie was a whole lot of fun! I had no problems with the film. This is how I would break it down...

my favorite actor in the movie was Kurt Russel in Death Proof
my favorite actress was Rose McGowen in Planet Terror
my two favorite death scenes were in Death Proof
my favorite trailers were Don't and Thanksgiving
The most intense part of either movie was in Death Proof

I had no problem with Quentin's dialog. I can understand why some people wouldn't have enjoyed it...but I liked it a whole hell of a lot...

but then again, I also like the scream movies...so what do I know?

Oh what fun it is to ride-

"Get ready for your first glimpse of INDIANA JONES 4 this November as George Lucas has confirmed that the film's teaser trailer will hit theaters during the Thanksgiving weekend. As of now the only films in that time frame that make sense are Paramount's BEOWULF and Disney's ENCHANTED. Other teases that Lucas threw in while talking INDY is that one of the top-secret filming locations includes a waterfall, they're still in talks with Sean Connery to return as Henry Jones and they're hoping to keep the title of the film a secret until the trailer premieres. Good luck! I have to say that he did a pretty good job with the STAR WARS prequels keeping the title under wraps so if anyone can do it, George and Spielberg can. Filming on INDIANA JONES 4 begins this June with Cate Blanchett and Ray Winstone confirmed to star alongside Harrison Ford."

Fun...I can't wait. I hope they get Sean Connery I thought that he was a great addition to the cast of characters. Last Crusade is still my favorite one. Although, Raiders is a classic and is AWESOME...so it is a close race between the two.

In other fun news, it's been announced that Rhythm & Hues Studios are to be responsible for the look of the titular superhero in the upcoming THE INCREDIBLE HULK movie. The studio is looking to give the big green a whole new look...

Since Dominic Purcell apparently cleared up rumours of his casting, who will play the Hulk is still up in the air, but the movie will be directed by Louis Leterrier (TRANSPORTER II) from a script by Zak Penn (X-MEN: THE LAST STAND). Production is set to begin in June, in Toronto. Rhythm & Hues have been responsible for THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA, NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM and are currently working on EVAN ALMIGHTY.

I hope Zak Penn doesn't ruin the hulk! I am still disappointed in his writing in X-Men: The last stand...so I hope he doesn't ruin the Hulk because even though the Ang Lee Hulk movie got a bad wrap, I still thoroughly enjoyed it! I can't wait for this sequel! So, Zak, take your time and write a good movie please, thank you!

teen wolf...

"How much more of this can you take FREAK?"

"As much as you can dish out Mick!"

I have changed my mind...don't make a remake. This movie is a classic and you really can't do any better! Thank you, that is all.
